Obituary:

Armand  P. Egidi, 96 of Monessen, passed away on September 20, 2018 in Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp.He  was born  in Monessen, on April 6, 1922, a son of the late Marco and Ida Leonetti Egidi Sr..Mr. Egidi had worked for American Chain and Cable Co., Pages Division, and had retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant as an Electrician.Mr. Egidi was an Army-Air Force Veteran of WWIISurviving are his wife of 69 years- Gilda Rocca Egidi, Daughters, Dona Martin,of San Jose CA and  Daughter, Diana Egidi, of Cheswick.  Son- Mark and wife Maria Egidi,of the state of Arizona, and  Daughter- Janet Ribnicky, of Belle Vernon.  Seven Grandchildren-Deanna, Amanda, Mark, Matthew, Alaina,   Anissa,  and Christiana. Two great grandsons- Pneuma and Liam. A sister- Clara Ritacco.  Sisters in law- Thresa, Sylvia, Scottie, and Arlene Egidi.  Numerous Nieces and Nephews.He was preceded in death by  his brothers-Victor Egidi,  Morgan Egidi, Richard "Dick" Egidi, and  Marco "Peanuts" Egidi,
