Betty Jean Byron, 90 , passed away on April 11, 2022 in her Monessen home. She was born in Monessen on March 17, 1932 a daughter of the late  Andre  and Mildred Dowlin Zdella.Mrs. Byron was Episcopalian by faith.She was preceded in death by her husband- Donald A. Byron, sister- Carol Zdella, brother- Donald Dowlin, and sister June Kull.Surviving are her son- Donald W. "Buzzy" Byron and fiance' Mary "T" Greer.  Three grandsons- Donald Byron and girlfriend Janet, Matthew Byron and wife Becca, and Johnathan Byron and wife Caite.  Great grandson- Emmitt Byron.  Former daughter in law- Kathleen Byron, and numerous nieces and nephews. She passed peacefully with her son by her side, and there is a surviving brother- Paul Ramsey
