Viewing: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen where friends will be welcomed from 2-4 and 6-8, Monday, April 14.
Service: Services will be held at the Rhome Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment: Interment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery of Monessen.
The Milika family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to Medi Home Health and Hospice, St. Paul's Lutheran Social Ministry, Dr. John Waas and Staff, UPMC Oakbrook Commons Cancer Center, the Nurses and Dr.'s of Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, and Dr. Tatiana Leibu.

Carole J. Milika, 83, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014 in her Monessen home.
She was born September 24, 1930 in Monessen, a daughter of the late Aurel and Karin Maki Randic.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Monessen, the VFW of Monessen and Shellsburg, she was a Gold Star Mother, and a member of the Russian Club of Pricedale. Carole enjoyed spending time at "Camp Hillegass", Thursday night Bingo at the Russian Club, Bowling, Polka and Country Music, and watching the Pirates and Steelers.
She was a Glass Worker for Corning Glass prior to her retirement..
Surviving are her two daughters-Lori Milika Lewgood and husband Mickey of Monessen and Allison Milika Thomas, of Greensburg. Her granddaughter which she raised as her daughter-Amber Milika of Monessen, Grandchildren-Michael Lewgood, Kaitlin Thomas,and Michael Thomas. Great grandchildren- Amirra Brewer and Avaya Brewer, Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George "Milky" Milika Son- George Milika, whom was killed in action in Viet Nam, Daughter- Karen Milika, Infant son- John Michael Milika, Sister- Gloria Guzzie, and Brother- Richard "Dickie" Halverson.
