Caroline J. Kernisky, age 72, of Monessen, passed away on September 10, 2023 at the Penn Highlands Mon Valley HospitalShe was born in Smock on November 28, 1950, a daughter of the late Attilo Ermino"Herman" and Lola Crim RuffoShe was Christian by faith.Surviving are her husband- James Kernisky.  Daughters- Kelli and husband Buck McGrew of New Eagle and Lola Leigh Smith and companion John Jacob of Lexington South Carolina.  Four grandchildren- James and wife Terra Shuma, Jacob Ludwick, Morgan Ludwick, and Dylan Jacob. Her sisters- Penny, Toni, and Phyllis.  Beloved dogs- Sly and Zoey.  Several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-Daniel Ruffo.
