Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen.  Memorial contributions in Mrs. Conaway’s name may be made to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen.

I am writing my own Death Notice…I Dessie Bantlis-Feick-Conway am dead. I was a young 76. I will make this short. My greatest accomplishment is my children, Angel (Temoshenka) and Nikki (Kelly) and later in life my acquired late accomplishment, June. I leave behind the extensions of my greatest accomplishments….Karter, Drew, and Klaire Temoshenka; Quinn, Luke, and Grace Kelly; and Josie Wendlandt. I also leave behind a special nephew, Christ Bantlis, favorite son-in-law, Bill Kelly, first rate step siblings, George and Emil Galis, and my wonderful and favorite husband, Rusty. Proceeding me in death is my mom, Ourania Galis, my dad, Christ Bantlis, my brother, Pete Bantlis, and my mother-in-law, Peg Conaway. My funeral will be private, just my family. Live, Love, and Laugh with an emphasis on LAUGH!
