Viewing: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen where friends will be welcomed from 1-3 and 6-8, Sunday, September 9th.
Services: A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Monday September 12, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burail at 10:00 a.m. at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, Monessen with Fr. Michael Crookston officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum, Monessen.

Dolores E Vagnoni, 83 , of Monessen, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 at the Residence at Hilltop, Carroll Twp. She was born March 5, 1929 in Monessen, and a daughter of the late John and Mary Fabian Gorges. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church of Monessen. Mrs. Vagnoni enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Vagnoni had worked at American Chain and Cable Co., Pages Division. She and her late husbund, Raymond, had been the Owners/Operators of the former "Mary's Grille" in Monessen. Surviving are her children-Raymond V. Vagnoni of Wexford, Joyce and husband Thomas Octave of Monessen, Nancy and husband Randy DeWitt of Washington, PA,
Cindy and husband Brad Denman of Monessen, and Dr. Christopher and wife Anita Vagnoni of Frostburg, MD. Grandchildren- Tommy, Nicholas, Jeffrey, Raymond Jr., Katelyn, Benjamin, Dominic, Emma, and Faith. Also, Several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond M. Vagnoni in 2007.
The Vagnoni family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to the staff at The Residence At Hilltop, for the wonderful care that they provided to Mrs. Vagnoni.
