Francis "Frank" J. Ryan, 79 years old of Jeannette,formerly of Monessen, passed away on Monday November 15, 2021 at his home. . He was born January 2, 1942 in Charleroi, a son of the late John and Mary Belan Ryan.Frank is survived by his wife- Marla Puleo Ryan, a son- Vincent Ryan, and grandson- Cole Ryan.  A sister- Collette Snyder.  Sons- John and Frank Ryan.
