Frank E. Davis, 62  of Monessen, passed away on Monday January 10, 2022 at Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital.He was born in Charleroi on March 10, 1959, a son of the late Frank Rawlins and Helen Davis.Frank had worked in the Radiology Department for UPMC.  He was a US Navy veteran.Frank was a member of the Monessen Fire Department #1, and the Masonic Lodge #79 of MonessenIn addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister- Pam HarveySurviving are his wife- Debra Reed Davis, Children- Tony Devore, Frankie Davis, Ryan Bogert, Latoya Craig, and Frank Devore.  Grandchildren- Taylor Devore, Dillon Bressler, James Devore, Makala Downs, Jada Downs, James Bogert,and  Wyatt Bogert.  Candice Downs as fiancé of son Tony Devore, and a daughter- Desiree Devore as survivors. Several half brothers also survive.
