Viewing: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen PA where friends will be welcomed from 1-3 and 6-8, Monday, June 9.
Service: Services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Conrad Auel officiating.
Interment will follow in the Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.

Fred J. Crouse Sr., 91 of Monessen, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in his home.
He was born October 25, 1922 in Berkely Springs WV, a son of the late Willard and Arizona Pritchard Crouse.
Fred enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.
He had worked for 10 years in the Vesta 4 Coal Mine in Richeyville, prior to being hired by the City of Monessen Street Department where he remained until his retirement.
Surviving are daughter- Virginia "Ginny" Smith and husband Donald , daughter- Tina Layne and husband Arthur , son- Fred Rouse Jr. and wife Brenda all of Monessen, and daughter- Cyndi Pro of Richmond, TX. Grandchildren- Adam and Brandy Smith, Joshua Smith, Emmalee Smith, A.J. Layne, Sara Layne, Angela Pro, Eric Pro, Nicole Salvino, Kristy Crouse, Kailey Crouse, Dakota Crouse, and Stamatia Crouse. Great Grandchildren- Makenzie, Jackson, Briella, Gienna, Joshua, Devyn, Leona, Stephen, Alexcia, Joey, Kaiden, Kobe, and Harper. A sister- Gloria and husband John Wadsworth and a sister in law Betty Crouse. Numerous nieces and nephews..
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth L. Crouse and Sister- Irene Carmello, Brothers- Bill and Charles Crouse, and a grandson- Cody Crouse.
