Viewing:Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen where friends will be welcomed from 1-3 and 5-8, Monday, March 31
Service: Services will be held at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox, Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 10:00 with Fr. Joseph DiStefano officiating. The funeral will be formed at theer of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen.
A Trisagion Service will be held on Monday evening at 7:30 in the funeral home.
Entombment will follow in the Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora

George M."Chico" Loukas, 75, of Monessen, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014 in Hallsworth Houseof Monessen
He was born May 4, 1938 a Son of the late Michael G. and Marie Gramatikos Loukas.
He was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen. He was also a life member of the Monessen BPOE #773. He has also belonged to the Elks and French Club Golf Leagues.
He worked as a Shop Teacher for Jeannette City School District, having taught for 38 years prior to his retirement at Jeannette Sr. High School..
"Chico" enjoyed hunting, Skiing, and woodworking.
Surviving are two sons- Michael J Loukas of Monessen and , Matthew G. and wife Linda Loukasof Clairton.Three Grandchildren. Ronnie and husband John Apodiakos of Monessen, Nephews- Late George Apodiakos, Michael and wife Vicky Apodiakos of Washington ,and Maria and husband Chad Feher of Monessen.
