Viewing: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen where friends will be welcomed on Sunday from 6-8pm August 12.
Services: Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
Interment: Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon.

Helen C. "Claire" Fretz, 86 , of Monessen, died Thursday, August 9, 2012 at her home. She was born August 8, 1926 in Charleroi, PA, a Daughter of the late Herbert Helen Pearle Zundel Jones. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Monessen. Surviving are two daughters- Leslie L. Murphy of Monessen and Beth Ann Cocari of N. Belle Vernon. Four grandchildren- D. Thomas and wife Christine
Murphy of N. Belle Vernon, Amy Murphy Bissett and husband Jeffrey of Washington, Alyson Coccari Longnecker and husband Jason of Lynwood, and Lauren Coccari Booher and husband Jessiah of Moundsville, WVA. Eight great grandchildren- Meaghan, Christian, and Alexa Murphy, Gillian Bissett, Amelia and Natalie Longnecker, Sarah and Liam Booher.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Fretz and a Sister-
Doris Swaney.
