Visitation will be held in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc. 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen, on Friday December 4, from 10am to 1pm, the time of the services, with Rev. Conrad Auel officiating. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.

 

Due to COVID 19 all guests are to wear a mask and practice social distancing with a capacity of 25 people in the funeral home at a time.

James W. Wagner Jr., 89 of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday November 29, 2020 in Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born April 23, 1931 in Eldora PA, son of the late James W. Wagner Sr. and Cecilia Hazzard Wagner.

Mr. Wagner served his country in the Army and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife Agnes Wagner, a daughter; Bonnie Galayda, sisters; Cecilia Wagner, Violet Novak and a brother Charles Wagner.

Survivors include his daughter, Belinda D. Staffieri (Nick) of Rostraver Twp, son in law; John Galayda of Belle Vernon, grandchildren; Lisa Quattro (James), John (JJ) Galayda, Nicholas Staffieri (Ashley), Amy Scott (Justin), and Jorden McCaskill, and numerous great grandchildren.
