A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday December 15 at 5:00 pm at the Hampton Inn of Belle Vernon- 1525 Broad Ave. Belle Vernon PA 15012.Kathryn's final arrangements were entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc. 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen.

 

 

 

 

 

Obituary:

Kathryn Petros, 92 of Monessen, passed away peacefully on Friday December 7, 2018 She was born  in Bentleyville, December 2 1926, a daughter of  the late Alex  Partezana  and Lena Bonfadini Partezana .Kathryn enjoyed spending time with family, and her working at G.C. Murphy's Co. for numerous years.  She had loved planting flowers and taking care of her rose garden.Surviving are her daughters-, Patty Rodgers, of Belle Vernon,  Sharon Lunt and Russel Wiseman, of Monessen and  Son, Michael and wife Jonny Petros, of Belle Vernon Grandsons, Craig Lunt  and Gloria Barnes, of Georgia and , Brian Lunt and wife Nancy,of Star Junction. Great Grandsons- Jonathon Feick and Drew Brown, a Brother, Alex Partezana, of Ohio and a  Sister, Marlene Scottof. of CaliforniaShe was preceded in death by her  Husband, Peter Petros, whom she had married in 1948, Son- Pete Petros,  Daughter, Bernadette "Bunny" Petros, Grandson, Ronald Lunt, and  Son-in-law, Joe Rodgers.Kathryn's family would like to thank her care givers at County Home PCH, Bentleyville for taking such good care of her during the last years of her life.
