Viewing/Service: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen, where friends will be welcomed on Saturday, November 22 from 1-3 and 6-7 p.m., the time of services, with Rev. Richard C. Klein officiating.

Kelly A. Tarquinio Pendleton, 37 , of Belle Vernon,passed away unexpectedly at her family's home on Monday, November 17, 2014
She was born July 1, 1977 in Monongahela, a Daughter of Terry LeeTarquinio, of Monessen and Thomas Brookes of Dillonvale Ohio.
Kelly was a graduate of Belle Vernon High School, Douglas Education Center, and was currently studying to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was employed by the Belle Vernon Area School District as a cafeteria worker at the Marion Elementary School
Surviving in addition to her parents are her son- are Robbie Pendleton, brothers-Tom Brookes and Brian Brookes and son Tyler, Aunts- Daryl and husband Jim Haggart and Gayl Gibbons and family, Toni and Kim Tarquinio, In laws- Nancy and Randy Koslosky, and brother and sister in law Bruce and Melissa Pendleton and family.
She was preceded in death by Grandparents- Albert "Fuzzy" and Edythe O. Tarquinio, Thomas and Colletta Brookes, and a great aunt Edie Tarquinio, cousin Jennie Haggart, and grand parents in law- Wallace and Anna Jean Laird.
