Services: Services will be held at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen , Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Joseph DiStefano officiating.
Interment: Grandview Cemetary, Monessen
Obituary:
Michael N. Galanoudis, 61 , of West Newton,passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013 in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born March 2, 1952 in Charleroi, a son of the late Nick and Marianthy Galalnoudis. He was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church of Monessen.and the United Steel Workers Union. Michael was a Steelworker for 44 years having worked with Wheeling- Pittsburgh Steel, Washington Steel, and retiring from Allegheny Ludlum Steel. Michael was a devoted and loving husband and father to his wife- Debbie Galanoudis. Son -Michael, and step son- Ted, whom survive. Also surviving are his sister in laws- Alexis and husband Daniel Valley, and Veronica and husband Dusty Kenney. The Steve Tetteris Family, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brother- Spiro Galanoudis
