Services: A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of The Valley Parish, Donora on Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Pierre M. "Bud" Falkenhan officiating.

Obituary:
Richard J. Polomoscanik, 68 of Belle Vernon, PA, died Friday, July 13, 2012 in his home. He was born July 28, 1944 in Charleroi PA, Son of the late John and Helen Saksun Polomoscanik. He was a very active member of Our Lady of The Valley Parish of Donora, where he served as a Reader and Eucharistic Minister, and the Belle Vernon Knights of Columbus where he was a 4th Degree Knight. He also enjoyed
sporting events and attended many hockey and football games. Mr. Polomoscanik had graduated Monessen High School with the class of 1962, and had graduated Penn State University School of Engineering. He had owned and operated the Exxon Station on 3rd St. in Monessen and North Belle Vernon for many years. He began his career with Koppers Inc. as an Electrical Engineer, and had worked for numerous other companies throughout
his career. Surviving are his wife, Connie Polomoscanik, whom Rick was the "Love of her life" , Two sons- Bryan Richard Polomoscanik and wife Tracy of Greensburg, Brandon Michael Polomoscanik of Rostraver Twp, Four grandchildren- Taylor, Riley, Kassia Grace, and Logan Polomoscanik, Two sisters-Susan Polomoscanik of Roscoe, and Joyce Aiello and husband Ron of Monessen. Many aunts, uncles,
Godchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Two sisters in law- Antoinette Leone and Rita Alberts and a brother in law- Michael Yelletz Jr..
