Robert M. Gallas, 69 of Tidioute, PA passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital. Born on September 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Michael and Ann Homas Gallas of Monessen, PA. He was a 1970 graduate of Monessen High School. Bob had been employed by Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Inc. prior to attending Mount Aloysius College after the mill closed. Upon graduating, he began a second career working at Warren State Hospital as a Therapeutic Recreation Service Worker primarily in the forensic department. Following retirement, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, music and political debate. Bob is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Debra and Greg Resetar of Rostraver Township, PA; three nephews and their families, Brian and Kristin Resetar (Taylor and Jordynn), Chad and Shanna Resetar (Paxton, and future great niece), and Eric Resetar. Also surviving are an aunt and uncle, several cousins, and two special friends Russ and Herb.
