Viewing: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 1-3 and 6-8, Thursday, December 29th.
Service: Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Alan J. Morrison officiating.
Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.

Shirley Marlene Garner Jones, 79 of Carroll Twp, went to be with her
Savior and Lord on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in her home.
She was born Friday, December 10, 1937 in Amity, PA, a daughter of the late Richard and Beatrice Tucker Garner.
She graduated from Trinity High School in 1955. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Monongahela. On June 11, 1966, she married Donald Arthur Jones, whom survives. Also
surviving are a brother- Joseph and wife Shirley Garner, Sister- Denise D. Bohman, Nephews- Robert (Terry), Bryan (Brenda), Martin (Cathy),Steven Morgan (Sarah), Mandy Elder (John), and Noah Bohman all of Erie. Four great nieces, three great nephews, Six great great nieces, and five great great nephews. Many precious cousins and dear friends.
Although she had no children of her own, she especially loved working with children and spent 40 years instructing dance. She began with Marlene Celaschi at her dance school in Charleroi, and then with Darla Kash at her school of dance in Charleroi as well, with both developing precious and lasting friendships.
