Viewing/Service: Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc., family owned and operated as a member of the Golden Rule, 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen, where friends will be welcomed from 10:00 a.m. to 12 p.m., the time of a Memorial Service, on Saturday September 7, 2013.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the charity of ones choice.

Theodore R. Collins Jr., 57 ,of Monessen, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2013 in his home
He was born January 27, 1956 in Charleroi, a Son of Theodore R. Collins Sr. whom survives and resides in Monessen, and the late Agnes M. Seftas Collins.
Ted was self employed as a Home/Building Inspector in the real estate field.
Surviving in addition to his father are his sons-Jacob and Lucas Collins of Leesburg VA, brother- Richard and wife Mary Collins of Munhall, Niece- Stephanie Collins, great niece-Gabriella Collins, Aunt and Uncle- Stella and husband Gus Kalamotousis, of Monessen and cousins-Starr and Robert Warnock, Wendy and husband David Lee, Bill and wife Pam Podany, Randy and wife Natalie Seftas, Vicki and husband Mark Yawornicky,and Stacey and husband Frank Mayolo.
He was preceded in death by His grandparents- Frank and Mary Collins and Michael and Sophie Seftas. Uncles- John, Gus, and George Seftas. Aunt- Irene Podany
