Obituary:

Andrew  Seftas, 87 of Monessen,  passed away  in Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp on December 12, 2018.H e was born  in Monessen, on September 21, 1931, a son of the late Nicholas  and Anna Tomovick Seftas .Mr. Seftas had worked as a Coal Miner  for numerous years prior to his retirement.   .Mr. Seftas honorably served his country during the Korean War in the United States Air Force, as an Airman 1st ClassSurviving are his children- Andrew N. Seftas, Douglas and wife Tina Seftas,  Jeffrey and wife Paula Seftas,  Michael Seftas, and his "Fifth Son"-Terrence Evans. Grandchildren- T.J., Autumn, Mason, Jessica, Athena, Julie, Kelly, and Randi. Great grandchildren- Santo, Jaxon, Emily, Isla, and Raylin. A Sister, Georgette and husband Melvin Nicholich. Several nieces and nephewsIn addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife, Martha Lou "Sally" Seftas, Brother, Edward P. Seftas, and a Sister, Julia Seykoski.
