Services: Services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, .
Obituary:
John D. Cathers, 88 of Monessen, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017 in The Greenery of Canonsburg. He was born December 15, 1928 in Monessen, a son of the late Charles and Ruth Cathers.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Rooney Cathers, and sons- Doug Cathers and family of Washington State, and Tom Rogers and family of Prince Frederick MD.
He was preceded in death by his son Daniel Cathers and brothers- Charles and Eugene Cathers.
