Visitation will be held in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc. 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen on Tuesday December 12th from 6-8 pm and Wednesday December 13th from 2-4 6-8pm.
Services:
Services will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Thursday Dec 14th at 10am with Rev. Conrad Auel officiating.
Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
Obituary:
Joyce A. Kissler, 81, of Belle Vernon, passed away Sunday December 10, 2017 in Hallsworth House, Monessen. She was born February 14, 1936, in Charleroi, daughter of the late Holmes M. Mabel Cady Anderson. Joyce was a graduate of Monessen High School with the class of 1954, was employed by the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi as a book keeper for 46 years prior to her retirement, she had also served as the Tax Collector for the Borough of Belle Vernon and enjoyed spending time at her Cottage in the mountains.Survivors include her husband; Donald K. Kissler; Nephews and Nieces; Brian Carrie, Caitlynn, Zachary Anderson; Jennifer Anderson and Fiancé James Curnow; Laura Robert Peckyno; Jim Leah Anderson, Sister in law Deborah J. Anderson, numerous other Nieces Nephews, and her dog Gus.In addition to her parents she is predeceased by an infant brother, Robert M. Anderson, and James D. Anderson, dogs; Duchess, Grumpy, Sassy, and Pepsi.
