Viewing: Visitation will be held in the Rhome Funeral Home Inc. 1209 Grand Blvd. Monessen on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8. Services will be held in the funeral home on Friday at 10am with Rev. John Custer officiating.

Obituary:
Margaret A. “Sis” Poprosky, 94 of Monessen, went to be with the Lord, Sunday January 10, 2016 in Thorpe’s personal care home, Charleroi. Sis was born November 15, 1921 in Stockdale, PA, daughter of the late Paul F. and Margaret Prescott Lambert. She was a member of The Orchard Christian Fellowship Church, in Monessen, was a charter member of the ladies auxiliary of the Monessen Vol. Fire Dept. #2, Mon Valley Cloggers, avid card player, child care provider and enjoyed crocheting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen “Hank” Poprosky, daughter, Susan Black, great-granddaughter, Jenny Bogden, and two brothers, Paul and Larry Lambert.
Survivors include her daughter, Peggy (Don) Rattay, two sons, Dan (Anita) Poprosky and John Richard Poprosky, eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
